Palate: Full-bodied and structured on the entry, mirroring the aromas of blackberry, rich cherry and smoke. Good tannic grip with a long, berry-infused finish.
Food Pairing: Rib-eye or Porterhouse steak with a red wine reduction, beef stew, short ribs with gravy or ripe cheeses.
